- If you are unhappy with your on-line purchase, simply call us within 7 days of delivery and will happily organise an exchange or refund (less delivery charges) provided the good are returned by pre-paid delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached and you have your receipt.
- Preggi Central is unable to accept any additional delivery charges unless the goods were faulty. We will provide an exchange or refund of any faulty item provided you contact us immediately on delivery of the order to notify us of the problem.
- Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns without the tags so don’t rip them off until you’re sure you love it!
