Maxine is a fully qualified Yoga teacher and has been teaching for 6 years.
After working in the busy corporate world for most of her life, Maxine saw a need for her to return to yoga. She recognised the toll that a busy job and the stresses of life take on people and this began a path of deeper study and a desire to give back and share yoga with others.
Maxine is qualified to teach pre and post natal yoga. She believes that this time in a mother’s life is especially important as it can be a life changing experience. Women discover their own strength and potential during childbirth and this helps mould who and what they become as parents. Yoga can be so beneficial not only during pregnancy but throughout life. Establishing a lifelong connection to yoga now can support you not only physically but mentally and emotionally. Yoga is the way to inner balance in our busy lives.
