Postage and Handling
Orders for delivery within Australia will be charged postage and handling at a flat rate of $10.50, excluding bulky items (such as belly and nursing pillows) which will be charged at the rate specified in your order summary. If you require Insurance on your delivery, you may opt for a premium delivery for an additional $7.50. Postage will be arranged through Australia Post or courier at our option. A Gift Wrapping service is offered for an additional $2.
Orders over $250*, receive FREE postage & handling. *Does not apply to Express Post and Shipping Insurance.
Goods will normally arrive within a week of your order if being delivered within Australia (faster for capital cities), unless you have specifically requested and paid for an express delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your order within this timeframe.
The risk of loss or damage to items during transit passes to you once the goods have left our premises. If you require insurance on your order, please check the box during your checkout and this will be applied at an additional charge.
Returns and ExchangesAt Preggi Central, it is important to us that your on-line shopping experience is a fun and rewarding one. We understand that buying on-line isn’t always easy, so if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.
- If you require a refund or exchange, please make sure you send it back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Regrettably, we are not able to accept returns of undergarments, swimwear or pantyhose for hygiene reasons.
- Your refund will cover the purchase price of the item, but does not extend to postage costs unless it is established that the item was faulty, in which case we will refund to you any postage and handling costs.
- Any returned goods must be in their original packaging (if any), be clean, unworn and have the original tags attached. We unfortunately cannot offer any refund for change of mind on garments that have been worn or damaged.
- If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, please download, complete and include a “customer return form. This will help us to process your return in the shortest possible timeframe.
- These terms and conditions apply to any request for a refund or exchange where you change your mind, the item doesn’t fit as you hoped it would, or it simply doesn’t look as great on you as you thought it would. Whilst we make every effort to make sure that the items sent to you are of the best possible quality, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, your rights will be as set out in the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted under those laws, if you return an item which is determined to be faulty we will make arrangements with you to repair or replace the item, or provide you with a full refund (including postage) at our option.
