What is Yoga? Yoga means union, the perfect equilibrium between body, mind and spirit that generates a greater sense of self unity, with universal consciousness. Yoga creates a state of inner peace. Mother and Baby Yoga Yoga is a great way to return the body to regular exercise after pregnancy. Also yoga gives you the opportunity to create a special bond with your baby using massage techniques, touch and movement. You can start as soon as you want, and do not worry if you need to feed or comfort the baby. The mother and baby class is designed to give you the space for you and your baby to relax. The class includes: Relaxation, breathing practice, baby massage, baby exercise, warm up, physical postures and meditation. Tuesday 11am (60 mins) $15.00 per class / $50.00 for 5 sessions Prenatal Class Yoga brings calm, inner balance and strength to this special time in a woman's life. Also Yoga is the perfect way to stay flexible, create energy, relieve stress and prepare for birth. You can start at any stage of your pregnancy, but it is best to consult your doctor before beginning.
